1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items purchased on clearance or sale
Innerwear or personal-use clothing (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or altered products
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be required to provide bank details for the refund.
